Recall notice was received & understood. But, certificate wasn't helping to correct the problem. Headlights on low beam didn't cover visibilty for driving which could be dangerous. High beams worked fine. Dealer has tried & no success.
When high beam lights are on, if you are in a shallow right turn and another vehicle approaches, you are unable to change to low beams. The headlight lever hits the steering wheel and will not change from high to low beams.
