One problem related to manual transmission has been reported for the 1998 Buick Regal. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
2 weeks after warranty expires the shifter wouldn't go in park & release key. This occurred only 2 weeks after having in shop to repair another defective part that went out the day after warranty expired. Poor quality parts must be used if a $25k car won't last 2 years. Costing me big$$$ since out of warranty by only a few miles!!!.
