Two problems related to front seat belt buckle assembly have been reported for the 1999 Buick Regal. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While attempting to put child back in safety seat pulled seat belt to secure css, and the seat belt would not unlock/release.
Driver side seat belt buckle will not lock. Consumer has been having this problem with the belt for a year. Did not have NHTSA phone #.
