Three problems related to wheel rim have been reported for the 1999 Buick Regal. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
All four rims are peeling and breaking into pieces , creating pockets that trap dirt and debris. This makes it impossible to align the tires.
Both rear rims, original equipment, are experiencing loss of air pressure. Consumer replaced both rims, and the problem appeared to be corrected at this time. Dealer was notified.
Rim failed, tire was new and undamaged, manufacturer ,per dealer, refuses to acknowledge problem.
