Consumer complained that windshield wipers failed to operate majority of the time, they worked only on random basis. Consumer has taken vehicle to dealer/mechanic and has been told that it could be one of nine parts, but they could not see a reason for erratic operation. Consumer states that on one occasion wipers failed for approximately 10 miles while driving in heavy snow.
