Upon further observation, the vehicle was not on fire. The vehicle was taken to an independent shop where it was diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer had not been notified of the failure. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 15v201000 (engine) however the part to do the recall repair was unavailable.
