Failure Date: 08/26/2019

Whenever I am driving my vehicle for an hour it starts to stall or sputter in traffic and the engine dies completely. It will restart but still continues to hesitate when accelerating. I've taken it to a mechanic and no error codes pop up when this happens so they do not know the cause or how to fix the issue.

2 Car Stall problem

Failure Date: 07/06/2019

2011 Buick Regal purchased from show room floor in 2011. Presentative maintenance up to date. No warning lights. Something terribly wrong with transmission, engine. While driving on city street approaching interstate at 25 mph, car starting stalling, puttering, losing power. Pulled over, put in park. Then car would not go into gear. Would accelerate but would not go into gear or move. Had to be towed. First thing dealer service center suggest is $3000 transmission. Car only has 60,000 miles, one owner. No way! no prior symptoms or warning lights, in fact onstar diagnostics currently showing no issues found with engine/transmission system. 3 Car Stall problem

Failure Date: 04/01/2019

The car was very noisy at start up. Had the oil changed, the noise was better for a while but came back in less than 2 months and now it is constant. The car will stall out in the middle of driving. I will lose everything, electrical and power steering. This would happen whether or not on a highway or during city driving. Engine light came on and I took it to my mechanic. Mechanic told me it was in reduce power mode. Camshaft coralation code.

4 Car Stall problem

Failure Date: 10/24/2017

The car stalls when shifting gears. At first, it was only when I was stopped then began to drive and the car was shifting into first gear. However, it recently got worse. I was recently on the freeway and when I reached 60 mph, it stalled, began to shake, and decrease in speed. It wouldn't let me accelerate. Once I got off the freeway and reached under 10 mph, it began to work again but still stalled every time it shifted gears. I've taken it to the dealer and they say they can't find anything wrong with it.

13 Car Stall problem

Failure Date: 02/15/2014

I first got my car with 20k miles on it. Drove it for a month and the stability control warning came on. The car stalled and I had to restart it, only for it to do it a couple more times. Very scary!!! this needs to be taken care of, as I bought a lemon! took it to the dealership as it was under warranty and they said they fixed it. Happened again a few months later! apparently they didn't fix it. Gm needs to identify the problem and recall this, as I see more and more complaints of the same thing! class action needs to be filed otherwise.
