My Buick stops when driving unknown when it’s a surprise lights and dash go off almost got hit took to mechanics it’s the 2016-17 “throw away motor” ad they call it does not last and gets”metal pieces” to ruin motor and turbo as I have noticed speed issues and dying unexpectedly it’s the Regal turbo 2. 0 v-6 motor a should be recall I’ve seen online since at mechanic and a large issue why no recall and I’m reporting this ty.

Driving on the highway and abs, stabltrack and steering lights came on. This is the third time in 2 years that a wheel bearing failed on this vehicle. A magnet ring in the wheel bearing that sensors wheel speed failed and fractured causing a loss of power steering, abs, and traction control.

My Buick Regal 2013 ( VIN = 2g4gs5ev6d9229705 ) has needed (3) out of the (4) wheel bearings replaced. It only has 55,000 miles. I am not clear whether a wheel bearing is a safety issue, but I believe it could be.

Rear passenger tire went out of balance to such a degree that the entire car was rattling, mirrors shaking, at highway speeds. Vibration visible to observers outside and following the vehicle. After multiple attempts to balance the mechanic removed the tire from the wheel and found that the "quite running foam" had separated from the inside of the tire. Removing foam solved the issue. About a month later front passenger tire went out of balance, again, noticeable at highway speeds. Not willing to risk being stranded away from home, I have now personally paid, with some relief from gm, to have all four tires replaced with non-quiet running tires. Driver side headlight is retaining water/liquid. When I bought the car in 2015, I was told that my tires were new; then 2 years ago, I was told that I needed to replace two of them. Now one of the two original pirelli tires has pits and clears chunks missing from the tire base, as well as many cracks throughout the entire tire! lastly, the car has a habit of locking the doors on its own and keeping them locked, thereby making it impossible to get in. The most recent time, I called onstar. . . And didn't even speak to anyone, but they miraculously opened and the remote worked fine. . . Again! vehicle has under 49000 miles on it! vehicle has always been serviced by arnold chevy / Buick and no one else! OH, and just a complaint from when I purchased the vehicle: I was never told the car needed premium gas for best turbo performance; I was told that after owning the vehicle 3 years, after the warranty expired and I complained of the engine lagging.

In the last year I have had to replace brake pads, calipers and rotors 3 times in 1 year in my 2011 Buick Regal cxl 2. 4l. Now I'm getting ready to do it for a 4th time. I was sold car that had a hole in the middle of my exhaust that I didn't know was there until winter came and had to run the heat. The stabilitrak system came on out of the blue and shut my car off going down the highway. I have had nothing but problems with this car. I'm just fed up and over it. Its costing me way too much money for only only the car for a little over a year now.

Was driving on a trip back and forth from mississippi, was driving on firestone infinity tires sizep215. 7015, had 2 blow outs on the car. The said tires didn't have but 23k miles on them the left front went 1st causing bout 2000 worth of damage, the 2nd one blew out coming back, these tires have a history of blow outs, would recommend against people trusting firestone tires.

Pirelli tires from gm factory are separating which I have tried for over 6 months to have them replaced see attached document stabilitrak and traction control were dissabled due to tire defect in addition there is a transmission leak and light.

The car had not been drove in a month, I drove about 3miles then parked, car then started to smoke then caught fire.

The inside of the wheels are flaking off causing the tires to lose air and coming in contact with the caliper lines.

After much research I found there is no compact spare tire and wheels for the grand sport version of the 2012 Buick Regal anywhere I could find. They only provide an inflater kit. My last 3 flats could not be repaired with the inflater because of the type damage. No written documentation that I have obtained stated this fact. The problem is that we have family in the middle of pennslyvania and have to travel through the mountains where there is no cell phone conductivity (that eliminates the roadside assistance) a regular trip is for thanksgiving and we have experienced some extreme weather during some off these trips with minimal traffic due to the weather. Therefore we could have a flat and be stranded during a snow storm. I believe this is an unsafe condition. .

The contact owns a 2003 Buick Regal. The contact stated the aluminum casting around three of the four rims was peeling off. The contact took the vehicle to a dealer and was informed this had become a known failure and it was hard to re-seal the wheels. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileages were 55,000. The VIN was unknown.

Oe chrome plated aluminum wheels on my 2003 Buick Regal. Separation occurs between the chrome and the aluminum substrate resulting in an air leak, believed to be caused by salt corrosion. Loss of air could result in a deflated tire and subsequent loss of control. Discovered upon new tire purchase.

I am complaining about the rims on my Buick. I constantly have flat or low tires. I had a few mechanics look at my tires and they said the aluminum on the rim is peeling off. So that means that I need to buy new rims and that is expensive. It started out once in a while but now I fill up my tires every three or four days.

My daughter was driving the 1996 buck Regal on I-77 north near chelyan, wv another daughter was in the passenger seat. The rear driver's side wheel broke from the hub, causing the car to veer and eventually hit the concrete median. The crash severely damaged the front left side of the car; it wa stotalled. The crash resulted in injuries to both of my daughters - the driver sustaine d a bump on her forehead, and the passenger hasd a swolen left ankle - preliminary review of the x-rays were negative for a break/fracture. 1999 Buick Regal had tires replaced at 30,000 miles. Customer states that the tires do not hold air pressure so the wheels need to be replaced. The consumer stated the wheels were manufactured out of aluminum with defective chrome coatings. The consumer stated the tires would not adhere to the chrome properly.

Three tires were replaced because the aluminum wheels caused the tires to leak.
