The complaint is the lack of availability of a part from gm for my vehicle, a 2002 Buick Rendezvous. Without these replacement parts, my vehicle is unsafe, unable to pass inspection and my tires are wearing out considerably faster. My mechanic has been told that the parts are on back order and that I have been placed on a waiting list.
