Lower hatchback latch loosened, and it would be hard for the consumer to close/open the hatchback. Dealer was notified, but did not resolve the problem.
Nhtsa campaign 04v150000; Dodge issued a rear liftgate recall. The vehicle was included in the recall, but the problem still existed.
