general problems of the 2004 Buick Rendezvous

My vehicle has been picking up speed for no reason. The vehicle was not taken to nor taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. Also, the fuel pump is not working. I can fill it up with gas and the light will still turn on. Maybe after driving for a couple miles or making a turn the light will turn off.

While driving the anti-lock and awd lite on and smell of gas from inside of cabin and sometimes from under the hood . Also when trying to accelerate the car bogs and the rpm fo high but the carvseama to lose power . Ob2 code is p0445.

One day I woke up got in my car started driving and it wouldnt go past 55mph I took it to east detroit auto on gratiot in detroit mi and they kept my car for over 30 days saying they dont know whats wrong with it. They changed the fuel pump and gave me my car back not working. I just recenlty brought this car and its a huge hassell.

The steering grinds and the power brakes dont stop unless you pump them when this happens,its not all the time,and the shifting gear broke while I was parked trying to put it into reverse. Speedometer on my 2004 Buick rendevous cxl SUV has not been working properly for the last 6 months. Some days it will be alot lower than actual speed of the vehicle and other days it will be alot higher, like showing 110 mph while I'm actually driving 45 mph. Some days it does not register anything other than 0 mph.
