The contact owned a 2006 Buick Rendezvous. While driving 65 mph, a loud banging noise was heard before the vehicle suddenly veered to the right and rolled over. The contact sustained minor cuts to both arms, which required medical attention. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The VIN was invalid. The failure mileage was 140,000.

Wheel problem #2

I was driving in right lane, someone cut me off, by switching lanes & cutting in front of me as light turned green. I pressed on my brakes, wich went all the way to the floor, hitting the person in front of me. I found out later that I injured my left knee, displaced my knee cap. I was traveling alone. Airbags did not activate. During the second incident my daughters where traveling with me. My daughter's were with me. I enter road from right, heard a popping noise. Pressed brakes which went to the floor, car seem to accelerate and I ran into the back of the car. Airbags once again didn't activate. Stunned from the weirdness of the incident I couldn't think. I told her I was ok. After getting back in car I was hurting & so were my daughters. Life changed for us. They have back & neck issues. We see varior doctors to manage pain.

Wheel problem #3

10/2012 - (aprox 115,000 miles on vehicle) vehicle was turning left onto a city street when without notice the right rear ball joint broke off and forced me to the side of the street. Luckily there were no cars directly behind me. The vehicle had to be towed and repaired. The left ball joint was deemed good at that time. Once in repair, front tie rods where also replaced in prevention of any failure because of there poor condition. 2/2015 - (135,000 miles on vehicle) driving vehicle down major highway at 65 mph the left rear ball joint broke without notice causing me to slide out of control and crash into a ditch. Only because there was not heavy traffic and the blessings of the location and snow, did I not suffer injuries to myself or vehicle. 100 ft in any other direction would of resulted in a different ending. This vehicle had been serviced with tire replacement and alignment without any indication of ball joint distress. I do not feel safe in this vehicle and fear any other major fault in the vehicle parts/design that might occur without notification.
