The police was called to inspect the vehicle for vandalization. The officer stated that the glass appeared to have cracked due to a defect. He further concluded that the impact of the hole in the glass originated from inside the vehicle. The vehicle has not been repaired. The contact is in the process of notifying the manufacturer. The failure mileage was 21,000.
