The malfunction recurred whether the vehicle was in operation or stationary the fuse for the horn was disengaged. The vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 192,800. Kmj.

2 Horn Assembly problem of the 1996 Buick Roadmaster

Failure Date: 12/01/2001

Horn fails to operate intermittently because the button to activate horn is difficult to press. Dealership has not examined vehicle for this problem. Please provide any additional information / documentation.
