One problem related to front seat belt buckle assembly has been reported for the 1996 Buick Skylark. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Driver's side seat belt will not fasten properly. Consumer believed that this is not normal for a vehicle with 35000 miles of wear. Dealer notified, and will not repair unless the cost goes to the consumer.
