The contact owns a 2006 Buick Terraza. While driving approximately 50 mph, there was a loud metal to metal clunking noise emitting from the rear of the vehicle. The contact continued to drive. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated the failure was related to the rear trailing arm bushings and knuckle. The continuous defect eventually resulted in premature wear of the rear brakes and rotors, which were previously replaced.
