The contact owns a 2014 Buick Verano equipped with continental tires, size p235/45-r18. The contact stated that while traveling 35 mph, the contact noticed that both the front driver side and rear passenger side tires were deflated. The contact changed the rear passengers tire with a spare tire. The manufacturer was contacted and no remedy was offered. The dealer recommended to replace the front driver side tire and advised the contact to send the tire back to the manufacturer in order to determine the defect. The front driver side tire was replaced. The failure and current mileage for the vehicle and tires was 2,500.
