Electrical problems- vehicle shuts down on its own. At random! when I am able to bring it back up the problem no longer exist and can't be traced. At random my services lights pops on and off!. Emergency parking breaks locks on their own and I can't drive the car properly. Gears shift on their own which caused damage to the windshield and body. ! I was driving when the gears shifted. The vehicle would not wouldn't accurate when my foot was on the gas. I was rolling and because my accelerator pedal wouldn't work I pulled over to the gravel next to me vehicle and the gravel flew up and broke my windshield and did a little body damage. I contacted gm and although there are numerous complaints and special coverages they denied my claim after doing an cdr report and I never reported to be in a crash!.

With regard to my complaint # 11040554 filed on line last month. Please be advised that so far no serious action have been taken to fix the problem in spite as per the gm adviser mr craig to check the car with two different Buick dealer mechanics who failed to address the problem to fix it. The problem still exist and the danger of the pass whatever he/she IA a boy or adult cannot be avoidable . So please advise me to avoid any possible danger and the car still under the manufacture warranty. Awaiting your help . Thanks.

Passenger airbag is on when no passenger and seatbelt not buckled. When passenger is sitting with seat belt the airbag is off. Been this way since purchase. Another issue is with thermostat and degrees . Does not show outdoor temperature and also relays the change in thermostat controls in celsius not ferinheight. No option to change .

While driving in the freeway going at 65 mph. The light on the dash came on and it said, service airbags. When I got home and I turned off my car the light went off and I thought that it could of been a glitch in the car. Two days later the light came back on and has been on ever since. I have called the dealer trying to find answers but they say there is no recall for my car. But yet I see so many issues with he airbags on Buick Veranos.

Everytime I push on the gas no matter what speed I'm driving my airbag icon goes off, then the service airbag warning comes on the dashboard. I hit the menu button to turn it back off but soon after it comes right back on. I took it to the dealership and they said it's a recall.

I hit a parked car. My front, right tire went flat and was twisted. I swerved to the right to avoid hitting another car. My car ended up in the middle of the street, but could not be driven because of the right front tire. By the time I got home, I realized that my air bag did not inflate at all. Although my left leg was terrible swollen, my biggest fear was the air bag. It was towed to bob jeanotte dealership in Plymouth, mi where they said they would get an independent person to investigate the air bag - it is was part of the recall. Whether it was or not, it didn't open. I could have been killed. No one told me of a recall!.

I was not paying attention and hit a parked car with the front, right side of my Buick Verano. It messed up my front, right tire and side as well as the other car's left back tire and side. The police came and took a report. The car was towed to bob [xxx], my dealer, in Plymouth, mi. My friend drove me back home. Once I was home rethinking the incident, I realized that no air bag deployed at any time. I went to internet and discovered that Buick Verano 2012 air bags were recalled a year ago. I never received any information about this recall. I have since talked to the gm customer service who said they will make a thorough inspection of the car. This accident took place on July 17, 2014. I have heard nothing about my car. It is still at bob jeanotte's, I think. My insurance, auto owner's, sent me a check for approx. $4,000 to cover the cost of repairs. But I am not turning it into [xxx] until I get my car back. I am very nervous about this incident. Thank god, I only hit a parked car. My service air keeps coming up on my dash board goes on and off - brought it to the dealer and said it needs to be on to fix it - so nothing was done- now my radio/ backup camera doesnt come on and the dealer is telling me I have a short some where and the cost can be over 300. 00 just to look at it - I have 121. 000 miles now but it started from the first year I own the 2013.
