Tl- the contact owns a 2013 Buick verono. The contact stated that while driving various speeds operating the vehicle the rear end would become unstable. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer park Ford(place of purchase) located at 276 us-6, mahopac, NY. Who diagnosed that the rear drivers side coil spring was faulty and needed to be replaced. After contacting the manufacturer the contact was informed that the part to repair the vehicle was discontinued and was not available. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 83,000.
