Tl the contact owns a 2013 Cadillac Ats. While the vehicle was stationary, the defroster failed to defrost the passenger side of the windshield. Bowser Cadillac of mcmurray, pennsylvania (located at 3260 washington road, 15317) was made aware of the failure and recommended that the contact use the auto feature of the defroster; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 61,000.
