Tl the contact owns a 2014 Cadillac Ats. The contact stated the driver's side seat was sagging. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the contact was informed there was a hole in the heater pad and foam cushion needed to be replaced. The local dealer was not contacted. The contact called the manufacturer however, no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 30,000.
