One problem related to air bag has been reported for the 1999 Cadillac Concours. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle was part of a manufacturer's recall for air bag module . Consumer took vehicle into dealer, and dealer has changed module three times already, and problem still occurs. Only thing dealer advised consumer was to keep bringing vehicle to dealer until they can fix problem.
