Two problems related to steering have been reported for the 1999 Cadillac Concours. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Car makes a groaning noise when turning left to right. Sounds like it's coming from the front end steering system. Also, it sounds like metal to metal. Took it to the dealer and they could not identify the problem. They said to wait until it became worse.
Metal to metal sound and or groaning-moaning when straighten wheel up after turning hard to right or left and when parking. Gm has yet to fix and in fact they have a service bulletin to dealers saying this is a steering problem and do not attemt to fix at this time. Car still under factory warranty.
