When running a/c the defrosters leak cold air and condensation accmmulates on outside of windshield. Dealer (hennesey Cadillac, atlanta) states vehicle was designed this way. I do not feel a vehicle is designed so that you have to run windshield wipers when it is not raining. Impairs visibility.
Windshield gets fogged up, makes visibility difficult when driving. Dt.
Consumer complained about defroster not working properly. Manufacturer was contacted, and stated that vehicle was designed that way.
