My back center brake light no longer works and since this was pointed out to me earlier this month, I have noticed at least four other Cts cars with the same issue. They range from my year ('06) to at least 2009. And when quoted a price ($600+!) I balked at having it replaced. Anyone else notice this or have this issue?.
The contact owns a 2006 Cadillac Cts. The contact stated the third brake light failed a total of three times and would not seal properly. The contact spoke with the manufacturer and dealer and was advised that repairs to the vehicle would be at the owners expense. The vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was 50,000 and the current mileage was 63,000. The VIN was not available.
