Front Suspension Hub problem

The contact owns a 2010 Cadillac Cts. While driving approximately 50 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. The vehicle was able to be restarted. The failure recurred on several occasions. In addition, there was a rattling noise that came from the rear of the vehicle while driving at various speeds. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and was diagnosed that the wheel sensor and front passenger side hub barring assembly needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The contact stated that the VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 11v089000 (suspension). The approximate failure mileage was 41,000.
