I believe that I might have avoided the accident, but he came out of a right rear blind spot. I often had trouble seeing people back there, and I believe the large right rear blind spot is a design defect. I would like to know if others have complained about the same thing. Both rear taillights are separating from the body at the top. There is a gap of approx. 1/4-3/8 inch from the top peak of taillight to body.
