Frozen front brakes after washing or driving in rain and parking overnight. Have to put car in gear and force front brakes to break loose. Rear wheels spin and front tires slid approx 1 foot before breaking loose. Loud thud and car leaps forward 1foot.
Tl-the contact owns a 2014 Cadillac Cts. The contact stated that the air bag and the seat belt failed. While, the contact drove at 21mph the vehicle hit a bump the contact engaged the brake pedal however, the vehicle continued to abruptly accelerate. The vehicle came to a stop when it crashed into a tree. The driver frontal air bag failed to deploy, the seat belt fail to restrain causing the contact head to hit the dashboard. However, all air bags deployed after the failure occur. A police report was filed. The contact suffered injuries. To his head, neck, and knees, the VIN was not available. The vehicle was destroyed.
