The contact owns a 2006 Cadillac Dts. While driving various speeds, the contact would sporadically hear a loud growling noise coming from the front driver's side of the vehicle. He took the vehicle to the dealer and they replaced the differential courier. Immediately after the repair, the failure recurred. The dealer stated that they were aware of the failure, but could not determine the cause or provide a remedy. The failure mileage was 16,000 and current mileage was 23,000.
