Subject 2006 Dts VIN no [xxx] I had my first flat tire in about 15 yrs. I decided to save time and change the tire myself. Once I jacked the car up far enough to let weight off the rim the jack buckled which could have been very unsafe. Thankfully I was only left stranded. Are the quality of all gm jacks made so poorly? I contaced a family member who provided an adequate jack. I am glad I nor anyone else was hurt due to this jack failure. I intend to purchase a new trolley jack to carry with me as a replacement for the less than acceptable jack which came with the car.
