High amperage connectors controlling driver and passenger heated and cooled seats shorted at module under passenger seat inside passenger compartment. Car filled with smoke and I had to search and pull the fuse under the rear seat cushion for the wire that shorted under front passenger seat. Trolling forums yielded very quick results with many that had same issue. The module and associated wiring should be recalled by gm (not to mention the stealership charges well over 1,200 for the part alone).
