Two problems related to windshield wiper/washer have been reported for the 1997 Cadillac Seville. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Windshield wipers will not operate. Dealer has replaced various parts. Problem still exists.
Dealer unable to determine cause of multiple failure including failure of wiper/washers.
