Two problems related to front air bag have been reported for the 1998 Cadillac Seville. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle parked in driveway until it was started. Had not shifted into gear. Front passenger's door air bag deployed without warning. Took vehicle to dealership. Mechanic informed owner driver's side door air bag was programmed to deploy. Also. Mechanic could not indicate cause of deployment.
Both airbags deployed while driving out of driveway. There was no physical contact done towards vehicle. The dealership is aware of problem.
