One problem related to front seat belt retractor has been reported for the 1998 Cadillac Seville. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Passenger's and driver's side seat belts will not release when in use. Contacted dealer who replaced the seat belts. However was not able to correct the problem due to a design flaw.
