One problem related to headlight switch has been reported for the 1999 Cadillac Seville. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Headlights went out unexpectedly. Took vehicle to the dealer, and dealer indicated that relay switch was corroded due to windshield wiper fluid getting down into the switch. The corrosion was caused by the windshield washer fluid spilling into the relay.
