Transmission Noise problem #1

Transmission failure on 2001 Cadillac sls: there was no warning that the transmission needed servicing or was experiencing any problems. The transaxle fluid level indicated it was at 100% at time of incident. Vehicle was at stop light, light turned green and the vehicle would not move made loud roaring noise. Diagnosis at Cadillac dealer transmission failure at 68,000 miles. Vehicle is now at Cadillac dealer for costly repair. Called gm regarding issue; indicated there is no recall so nothing can be done. Dealer does not acknowledge complaint.

Automatic Transmission problem #2

While the vehicle was in park on an incline in the consumer's driveway, the consumer attempted to exit the vehicle when the vehicle popped out of park and knocked the consumer down and rolled over the consumer's ankles. The consumer was not hospitalized, but did suffer bruising and swelling of his ankles.
