The contact owns a 2008 Cadillac Srx. While driving at approximately 25 mph, the contact noticed a rattling sound in the front end of the vehicle. He took the vehicle to an independent mechanic who informed him that both front calipers were worn. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealership where he was informed that the vehicle was outside the bumper to bumper warranty and the repair costs would not be covered.
