My name is jim whitworth and I represent allison ramirez and her family. She leased a Cadillac Srx on July 6, 2010. On December 4, 2010 the side air bag depoloyed injuring the driver without an accident. The insurance determined it was a manufacturer defect. To date, the manufacturer is refusing to repair. A recall for the 2011 Srx was rekeased today. It is obvious their is defective engineering in the air bag system.
