Tl-the contact owns a 2012 Cadillac Srx. The contact stated that while driving approximately 55 mph over a pothole, the vehicle swayed from the left to the right as the anti lock brake and electronic stability control warning light illuminated. In addition, the contact stated that there was an abnormal noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The failure occurred after being serviced under NHTSA campaign number: 14v571000(suspension). The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the stability control system needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 91,000. Ss.
