Tl- the contact owns a 2013 Cadillac Xts. The contact stated that after exiting his driveway, the vehicle began to operate abnormally and the contact noticed that the vehicle's suspension was off balance. The contact then discovered that his driver side air bag had fell from underneath the vehicle. A warning light illuminated on the vehicle as the air bag fell. The contact then drove the vehicle back to his home where he inspected the vehicle himself. The contact was unable to remedy the matter. The contact spoke with a dealer(hawk Cadillac of joliet 2001 w jefferson st, joliet, IL 60435 815-600-7027) where he was informed that there are not any recalls associated with the vehicle. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure mileage was 49,000. Jo.
While driving the airbag light came on I took it to the dealership to have it check they said the passenger airbag need a new module and also while driving the hazards light came on and also came on while park in my driveway.
