One problem related to tire has been reported for the 2001 Chevrolet 1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While traveling 71 mph left rear tire disintegrated with no warning. Tires had 30% wear with multiple breaks on inside of tire. The consumer experienced several firestone tire separations and paid for four tires that were replaced. The consumer states the tires were defective and is requesting reimbursement from the tire manufacturer. (firestone lt265/75r16).
