One problem related to wiper has been reported for the 2003 Chevrolet 1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Wipers started malfunctioning and would not change speed. Soon after, they would not turn off at all. I had to pull the fuse to stop them, and have had to stop and replace the fuse in the rain. This is very dangerous.
