One problem related to air brake wheel speed sensor has been reported for the 1998 Chevrolet 2500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The truck has a problem with the wheel speed sensors. I first changed the pads and rotors on the front brakes think they might be the problem. But that did not work. The dealer has diagnosed the problem as bad wheel speed sensors and this causes the abs to engage at slow speeds.
