Instrument Panel problems of the 2005 Chevrolet 2500

Have a 2005 chevy 2500hd truck have had problems with the speedometer sticking at 55-60 now it has stopped on 57mph and goes to 120mph and is now stuck at that point. When the speedometer first stopped the entire instrument panel stopped.
