I have 136,571 miles on vehicle. My speedometer has stopped working. I see that there are alot of people complaining about this problems on forums. There is a recall on some GMC vehicles, but alot of people are not meeting the requirements. . Why! I think the recall need to be expanded. I have another vehicle that has the same issue also a 2005 chevy in which I am going to file a complaint on that vehicle too. There has been no accident involved with my vehicles. Please help there are quite a few people with this problem and it should not be held by a class action lawsuit. There need to be a recalled placed on all chevy/GMC vehicles.
Exhaust manifold bolts on the 6. 0l break off at the head causing exhaust gas to leak into passenger compartment and potential for a fire. We have 10 trucks around this year and most or all have had all exhaust studs replaced. My local dealer is aware of this the service manager told me it happens to all 6. 0l engins.
