One problem related to body has been reported for the 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I was told by a gm dealer how my vehicle is rusted excessively with the undercarriage and the quarter sills that have a rust through hole about 3 inches. I've opened a case with gm and they stated its out of warranty. I don't know how gm gets away with this repair and Toyota had to buyback vehicle or do frame replacements.
