Car stalled unexpectedly on freeway exit for no apparent reason with loss of power steering and all functions. Had to coast to a stop and luckily no other cars were behind us. Additionally, car fuel tank valve does not stop gas when fueling and causes gas to surge out of tank when fueled and onto vehicle. Reported this problem to Dodge and they said this VIN no. Wasn't covered by recall.

Additionally, the manifold was missing bolts and the heater core was fractured. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an inspection station and the vehicle was taken off the road. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 154,000. The VIN was not available.
Exhaust manifold bolt heads are breaking off causing there to be an exhaust leak. Pollution recall should be inforced to have gm cover all repairs of the exhaust manifold bolts. Check engine light comes on and vehicle can not pass emissions with this problem.
