There was no manual switch to operate the exterior lights. The contact did not take the vehicle to the dealer for a diagnostic test or repairs. The failure mileage was 63,000.

In trying to obtain the part, Chevrolet will only sell the entire splice pack; to the tune of $5,100!!! after researching online, I have found hundreds of people with the exact same problem. No there hasn't been a fire yet!.
