I bought brand new landsail tires on 05/09/2016 and the right front passenger tire has worn out at 3,967 miles. I was driving on a city street when I noticed the car showing its low tire pressure light and the tire was making noise. I pulled to the side of the road and noticed the tire was completely destroyed, wires showing, and the damage was what caused the tire to go flat and the light to come on. I had to replace the front tires and the mechanic put the exact same brand of tire on the car. The mechanic said it wasn't an alignment issue, that they didn't know what would cause the tire to go bad in under 4,000 miles.
My 2009 Aveo5 2009. My brakes keep going out. But I am having to replace my wheel bearings 3 times in last 3 years. I don't understand why. I am scared because the back one is now making lots of noise so I know it's another wheel bearing grinding. Is this considered in the recall of 2014 on Aveo 5 2009.

Left front strut and bearing replaced for creaking front end. On drive back to my home, with 500. 00 worth of new tires, the creaking is still there. The tires will undoubtedly wear out again. This is a continuing problem with front suspension that gm will not take responsibility for. Calling customer service again today. I had tried to get problem fixed while under warranty and was told they couldn't find a problem. Now they seem to be able to. What do I do with this car that can't be fixed?.
