The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the failure was caused by an activated cell phone that was inside the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The contact indicated that the defect recurred multiple times and that the dealer replaced the air bag on two separate occasions for the same defect.
